Deputies responded to the jail in regards to an inamte in possession of a crytal like substance. Inmate stated she brought the contraband into the jail. Female was charged and rebooked with out incident.


Case#2024003407/Criminal Damage to Property/7-4-24

Location: La Posta Way, Santa Fe County, NM

Damaged: Two car windows (Total Value $1,200.00)

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a criminal damage to property call. Upon arrival, deputies learned the victim discovered that the two rear windows of her van had been broken by an unknown suspect(s). 


Case#2024003406/Unattended Death/7-4-24

Location: Packer Road, Edgewood, NM

Deceased: 80YOM, Edgewood, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an open-door call. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the deceased in the bedroom. It appeared that the deceased had several medical issues based on the medication found in the residence. No signs of foul play were observed. OMI was contacted and took possession of the body.

Arrested-Matthew Carrillo 19yom (Santa Fe, NM)

Pojoaque Police attempted traffic stop on vehicle but it left the area at a hight rate of speed. Vehicle was locate dand driver was detained. Drivr agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Vehicle left the scene of an accident and was located. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and refused chemical testing. Driver was booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Arrested Jose Armenta-Rodriguez 45YOM (Santa Fe, NM)

driver was called in by an individual who stated a male driver drove into the gas station on a flat tire and was consuming an alcoholic beverage at the gas station. Contact was made with the driver who refused SFST's. Driver was arrested and refused to chemical testing. Driver was booked into SF ADC with out incident. 


Case#2024003381/Burglary and Larceny/7-3-24

Stolen: six doors (Value $1,200.00)

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies learned the unknown suspects had gained unlawful entry into the residence. While inside the residence, the suspects unlawfully took the above items. 


Case#2024003377 Possession of a controlled substance & Warrant Arrest 07-03-24

Location: Boylan Circle (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Isaac Gallegos 46 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was contacted after exiting a suspicious vehicle. He was identified and found to have an active warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on a resisting arrest charge out of Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was arrested and searched. During the search, he was found to be in possession of 5 fentanyl pills. He was booked into SFADC without further incident.

Deputies responded to a call reference fraud. The RP advised her credit card information was used to withdraw $300. 00 from her account. 


Case #2024003354 // Burglary - 7/2/2024

Location: Colina Dr

Deputies were dispatched to the location for an alarm. Upon arrival the door was found to be open, and a part of the store was in disarray. Upon review of the surveillance, two unidentified males broke into the store and stole cigarettes and liquor. Case is under investigation at this time.
