Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an alarm call. Upon arrival, it was learned there was forced entry into the home. The front door glass was smashed with a rock, and entry was made into the residence. This house is currently under construction; the items taken were hand-power tools. Shoe impressions and tire impressions were located on the scene.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies learned that the unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the home sometime between December 2023 and January 2024. During the burglary, the suspect(s) caused damage to the windows and the door frame.

The subject was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident—original Charge: D101CR202300467- unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, criminal trespass, and immediate notice of accidents. D101CR 202300466-Recieving transferring stolen motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.
