Arrested: Armando Cruz-Garcia (24 YO) 

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an agency assist. Upon arrival contact was made with Pojoaque Tribal Police who stated a traffic stop was conducted on the above vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. Contact was made with the driver at which time an odor of alcohol was detected. SFST’S were administered and the above driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest and agreed to provide a sample of his breath with the subsequent results being at or above a .08.


Case #2025001260 // DUI, Careless Driving - 2/28/2025

Location: NM 76 

Arrested: Roland Martinez (36 YO) 

Deputies responded to a crash. Contact was made with the driver. Mr. Martinez had constricted pupils, droopy eyelids, and was "nodding out." He admitted to being on Methadone, but denied other drug use. He showed signs of impairment during SFSTs and was placed under arrest


Case #2025001258 Aggravated DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic

Location: US 84/285-NM 106, Espanola

Arrested: Sergio Atz Armira, 34 YOA male, Hernandez NM

Deputies observed a vehicle northbound unable to maintain its lane of travel. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.  


2025001250 / Fraud / 02-28-2025

Assigned: R. Vallejo

Entering: Cpl. J.War

Location: Old Cash Rd Cerrillos, NM 

Victim reported she received an email she now knows was fraudulent. She followed the instructions on the email and money was stolen. Case is under investigation. 


2025001245 / Fraud / 02-28-2025

Assigned: J. Soriano

Entering: Cpl. J.War

Location: Oshara Blvd Santa Fe, NM

Victim: 68 YOF

Victim reported to was manipulated into moving her money around in order to keep it safe. She ultimately deposted it into an fraudulent account. Case is under investigation.  


Case # 2025001238-40 Warrant Arrest x3

Assigned: R. Blea 

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: Cerrillos Road/ Maez Road

Arrested: Francisco Bartes-Barrondo 21 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was observed walking around a closed business. Contact was made with the male and he was found to have 3 active warrants for his arrest out of Bernalillo County. 2 warrants issued by Metro Court for failing to appear on Controlled Substance offenses and a Fail to appear out of Bernalillo District Court for Burglary. Subject was booked into SFADC. 


Case#2025001235 Agg. DWI 2-27-25

Assigned: Michael Olivas 

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location: Interstate 25 (Cochiti) 

Arrested: Diego Sosa Enriquez 21 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Subject was stopped for speeding and weaving in and out of traffic. Subject showed signs of t being intoxicated and submitted to SFST's. Subject was arrested and provided a breath sample of .17. He was then booked into SFADC. 


Case #2025001227 / Fraud / 02/27/2025

Deputy Assigned: C. Cullison

Supervisor: Sgt. V. Baca

Location: Sueno De Vigil Rd.

Victim: 40 YOA

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to fraud.  The victim paid $500.00 through Apple Pay, believing the funds were going towards a down payment for a vehicle purchase, through Facebook Messanger.  The Facebook page was identified as "Fabuloso Sab" and the phone number is no longer in service.  The vehicle was allegedly located in Cordova, NM.


Case #2025001204 / Unattended Death / 02/26/2025

Location: 300 BLK NM-76

Decedent: 35 YOF

Deputies responded to a call for service inreference to an unattended death.  The decedent was last seen at approximately 10:00 pm the night prior.  The following morning, the decedent was observed breathing inconsistently with mucus around her mouth.  She was driven to the hospital where she was reported deceased.  Criminal Invetsigations is currently investigating.


Case #2025001210 / Fraud - ID Theft / 02/26/2025

Location: 100 BLK Rancho Viejo Blvd.

Stolen: $25,000

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to fraud.  It was discovered the reporting person fell victim to a phishng scam.   The suspect advised the victim he was attempting to help her recover funds that were taken out of her bank account. The victim's personal information was also compromised.
