Suspect: Jesse Treadway (19 YO)

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to the suspect brandishing a firearm at an individual, and firing multiple shots from a vehicle. No individuals sustained any injuries. An arrest warrant was drafted for the suspect. 


Case #2024003272 // Warrant Arrest - 6/28/2024

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for speeding. Driver was identified and found to have an active arrest warrant for failure to pay fines on traffic offenses. He was taken to the detention facility and booked. 


Case # 2024003274 & 3275 // Warrant Arrest - 6/28/2024

Arrested: Amanda Ortega (31 YO)

A female was found sleeping inside a vehicle. After she was identified, she was found to have active arrest warrants for charges in relation to; receiving/transferring stolen motor vehicle, poppesseion of drug paraphernalia and concealing identity. She was taken to the detention facility and booked on the warrants. 


Case #2024003264 / Fraud - Unlawful Use of a Telephone / 06/27/2024

Victim: Keyway Marketplace

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to fraud.  The reporting party received a phone call from a person claiming to be "Kevin Green" with OSHA.  Kevin was persistent in having the reporting party take $1,000.00 out of a safe and submit a payment to him for a bad check.  The reporting party was receiving phone calls from Mexico, claiming to be the store manager and also insisting on the employee sending money.  No funds were sent during the incident.


Case #2024003256 / Missing Person / 06/27/2024

Location: Sobradora Drive

Missing: Oliver Clark (46 YOM)

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a missing person.  Mr. Clark was reported missing by his wife on June 27th.  Mr. Clark was last seen on Wednesday, June 26th at 8:30 am via "Ring" home camera.  Mr. Clark was wearing a red with black in color, baseball hat, khaki shorts and a John Deere shirt.  Mr. Clark does not have his cell phone on his person as he indicated to a friend at approximately 6:30 am, that he did not want to be tracked. No other information is available at this time.


Case 2024003257- Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle- 6/27/2024

Location: Area of Lomas De La Cruz

Victim: 64 YOM

Vehicle: 2001 beige in color Buick LeSabre - NM-AWZA69

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. The reporting party advised that sometime between 10:00 p.m. on 6/26/24 and 3:00 a.m. on 6/27/24 an unknown person took his vehicle from his property. 

 


Case # 2024003250 Possession of a controlled substance 06-27-24

Assigned: Diego Lovato

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location; Santa Fe ADC

Charged: Ryan Trujillo 35 yoa male (Hernandez)

Subject is an inmate at SFADC. SFADC correctional officers conducted a search of the subject who was found to have methamphetamine in his possession. He was charged and booked on the new offenses. 


Case#2024003253 Warrant Arrest 6-26-24

Assigned: J. Watson

Location: Vuelta Ventura (Tierra Real MHP)
 

Arrested: Juan Caldera 47 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Deputies made contact with the subject parked in the middle of the traffic way. Subject was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Santa Fe Municipal Court and was arrested, He was booked into SFADC without further incident. 


Case #2024003248 / Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle / 06/26/2024

Victim: 59 YOM

Stolen: Blue in color, 1994; Toyota 4-Runner; NM-NJR067

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. The victim stated his car was stolen sometime between last Thursday, June 20 and Friday, June 21.  


Case #2024003245 / Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts - Criminal Damage to Property / 06/26/2024

Location: 1200 Block Bishops Lodge Road

Stolen / Damaged: Catalytic Converter / 2023, E-350 Penske Truck

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a larceny.  The victim reported she parked her rental truck at Bishop's Lodge, in a dirt lot, at approximately 3:40 pm on June 25, 2024. The victim returned to the vehicle at approximately 9:20 am on June 26, 2024 and advised the truck did not sound right when it was turned on. She identified the catalytic converter had been taken and contacted law enforcement.
