Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. The victim stated his car was stolen sometime between last Thursday, June 20 and Friday, June 21.

Stolen / Damaged: Catalytic Converter / 2023, E-350 Penske Truck
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a larceny. The victim reported she parked her rental truck at Bishop's Lodge, in a dirt lot, at approximately 3:40 pm on June 25, 2024. The victim returned to the vehicle at approximately 9:20 am on June 26, 2024 and advised the truck did not sound right when it was turned on. She identified the catalytic converter had been taken and contacted law enforcement.

Arrested: Jeffrey Gonzales, 40 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a motor vehicle roll over. Deputies arrived on scene and contacted the driver. Deputies observed the driver to have signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an identity theft. Upon arrival, deputies learned the victim had conducted an inquiry into her credit and discovered an unauthorized cell phone account on the inquiry. The victim called the cell phone company and learned that the unknown suspect(s), in fact, had opened an account using her name.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a cardiac/respiratory arrest call for service. Upon arrival, Deputies learned that the deceased had a history of medical issues. Foul play is not suspected. OMI was contacted.

Arrested: Charles Galvan 49 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies were contacted by a subject tracking their vehicle that had been reported as stolen from the Albuquerque Police Department. Deputies tracked the vehicle to the location and contacted two males inside the vehicle. The males were arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The vehicle was returned to the owner.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, the victim said that the unknown suspect(s), at an unknown time, unlawfully took the above listed items.

Re-Booked: James Macdonald, Los Lunas, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a battery on a corrections officer. Upon arrival, it was learned that the above subject spit on the officer. The subject was re-booked on the above charges.
Case# 2024003194 - Battery Against a Household Member - 6/23/24

Suspect: Diego Martinez (38 YOA)
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival Deputies learned the suspect battered two victims and fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. The victim's injuries were consistent with their statements. Deputies were unable to make contact with the suspect. An arrest warrant was approved by a Judge and entered into NCIC.

Location: E. Plaza Nueva (Santa Fe)
Arrested: Edward Sandoval 65 yoa male (Guadalupita)
Subject called 911 and advised had taken his alcohol and he wanted to go home. SFRECC was able to get GPS coordinates for subject. Upon arrival an investigation was completed and Mr. Sandoval was found to have been intoxicated while driving. He showed signs of imparirment during SFST's and was was arrested. He refused chemical testing and was booked into SFADC without incident.
