A welfare check was conducted on a vehicle stuck on the side of the road. Driver was driving with an invalid-revoked license due to a prior DWI. Driver was arrested and booked into ADC with out incident.

Location: 186 Block of US 84/285, Santa Fe County, NM

Damaged: Storage shed wooden door (Value $200.00)

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was discovered the suspect(s) broke into a storage shed on the property, but did not take any items from the shed.

Subject checked in with pre-trial services and learned a warrant was issued for his arrest. Subject failed to comply with conditions of pre-trial services. Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim: 33 YOM

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a stabbing. Upon arrival, it was found the victim had suffered several chemical burns on his hand/legs. Victim was transported to the hospital for the injuries. Case remains under investigation at this time.

Arrested: Ernesto Mendoza Araiza 30 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at the listed address. Once on scene, the subject was contacted and found to have an open court warrant issued by Santa Fe Magistrate Court for Agg. Stalking and criminal damage to property. He was taken to SFADC where he was booked without incident.

Felipe arrived at court this morning for a sentencing hearing in Judge Marlowe-Sommer's courtroom. After sentencing, Felipe was remanded into custody. Felipe was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

During his court hearing, Cristian was remanded into custody by the Honorable Segura for failure to comply with conditions of release. Cristian was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Arrested: Renee Saavedra, 27 YOA female, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision. Upon contact with the driver, deputies observed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Case #2024002852 Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle

Location: Canyon Hill Ln, Santa Fe

Summons: Jeffrey Martinez, 28 YOA male, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a call of a stolen vehicle. Deputies were advised, over the weekend, calling party and her boyfriend had gotten into a physical altercation. The caller left to a neighbor’s house. While the calling party was at the neighbor’s house, the suspect stole her vehicle. A summons was issued for the suspect.
