Location- E Ramada Way (Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, deputies learned that Destiny CDebaca had battered her boyfriend with a deadly weapon, and then stole his vehicle. The stolen vehicle is a silver 2007 Chevy Suburban. An arrest warrant was obtained for Ms. CDebaca.

Deputies were dispatched in reference to an identity theft. Upon contact, deputies learned that the victim attempted to collect unemployment benefits but was denied due to unknown suspect(s) using his ID to fraudulently collect benefits.

Driver was pulled over for speeding 82/45. Contact was made with the driver who had a revoked license due to a prior DUI. Driver was placed under arrest, and during search incident to arrest several blue pills were found on his person. He was charged accordingly.

Arrested: Gabriel Vigil (48 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle hit and run. Contact was made with an individual who was passed out in his yard with a beer next to him. Daughter was interviewed and advised the suspect had shown up to her school to pick her up and was intoxicated so she jumped out of the vehicle when it was safe to do so. Suspect was arrested for DUI, refused a breath test, and charged accordingly.

Damages: $15,000
Deputies took a report regarding criminal damage to property (graffiti). It was discovered that an unknown person(s) spray-painted writing on the outside of the building. There is no further information at this time.

Arrested: Julian G. Chavez-Ramorez 18 YOM
Subject appeared to check in with pre-trial services while he had an active warrant for his arrest. Subject was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to suspended registration. Contact was made with the driver who had a revoked drivers license due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested.

Deputies took a report regarding identity theft. The Victim reported that an unknown individual attempted to purchase a vehicle online utilizing his personal information. The victim advised he was contacted by the dealership because they believed the transaction was questionable. He advised he did not attempt to purchase the vehicle and does not know who did. No further information at this time.

The victim reported she had her artwork displayed at an Art Gallery in California. Recently the gallery owner sent her a check for $3, 000.00 for a painting that sold for $6,000.00. The victim advised the check she received was not able to be cashed due to insufficient funds, and the gallery owner Ms. Dresser has stopped all communications. Charges for Ms. Dresser are pending.
