Suspect: Antonia Amber Martinez 42 yoa female
Deputies were dispatched to Camino De Los Ranchos at about 8:00 p.m. on 12-7-23 in reference to a possible stabbing. Upon arrival, the victim was located with minor injuries consistent with being hit with an object. Investigation revealed the suspect had come to the residence and struck the victim with a stick-type object. The victim sustained minor superficial injuries and was treated and released from the hospital. A warrant was obtained for the suspects' arrest.
2023007133 Burglary / Larceny/ Criminal Damage 12/07/23

Stolen: $5,000.00 in misc. tools
Deputies conducted an investigation in reference to a burglary that occurred approximately around Thanksgiving. It was learned that a lock box had been forcibly broken in to and items were stolen.

Deputies responded to a call for service, in reference to an ambulance assist. Deputies identiefied an unresponsive person, beyond life-saving measures, and contacted the investigation division. OMI conducted a separate investigation on the decedent.

Arrestee: Shawn Rivera (45 YOM)
Deputies responded to the location, reference an assistance call. Deptuies identified the suspect and learned the suspect had an active arrest warrant. He was tranported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility
Case#2023007127/Possession of Controlled Substance/12-7-23

Arrestee: Shawn Rivera 45 YOM
On December 7th, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a C.Y.F.D. Referral. Dispatched conducted an NCIC check on Mr. Rivera, a resident to the address. Dispatch advised, Mr. Rivera had an active warrant for his arrest. Mr. Rivera was arrested and during a search of his person, deputies located suspected methamphetamine and Fentanyl. Mr. Rivera was transported to the Sante Fe Adult Detention Center for incaceration.

Stolen / Damaged: $25,000 in products / windows / shelving
Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a burglary at a gas station at approximately 5:00 am. Deputies learned the suspects broke through glass to gain entry into the business, stole several items, and caused damage to the interior of the building.

Arrested; Erick Escobar Quintero 20 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Subject was traffic stopped for a stop sign violation. He was found to have an active warrant issued by the Honorable Judge Donita Sena for failing to appear in her court on a traffic case. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

On Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a Fraud Report. Upon investigation, an unknown person(s) gained access to the victim's bank account information. The information was then used to wirelessly cash a check worth 5,300 dollars. The suspect is not known at this time.
