Deputies were dispatched to a call of a missing person. Upon investigation, it was learned, Mr. Gutierrez left his home on foot and possibly enroute to an address in Albuquerque. The Reporting Party advised, she has Power of Attorney over Mr. Gutierrez as he medical issues. Mr. Gutierrez was entered into NCIC as a Missing Person.

On Monday, November 27, 2023, the above suspect was located conscious breathing, and unresponsive sitting in the driver seat of a vehicle idling. The vehicle struck a gate at the above location. The suspect remained unresponsive throughout the investigation. Open containers of alcoholic beverages were located inside the vehicle. The suspect was issued a summons for the above charges.
