Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies learned the vehicle was unlawfully taken sometime between November 22, 2023 and November 23, 2023. The value of the vehicle is about $6,000.00.

Victim: 55 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to a call of a male who was destroying property within the residence. Upon arrival, contact was made with Mr. Vigil who would later admit to hitting the victim in the face, with a baseball bat. It was also discovered that Mr. Vigil had damaged several windows, a door, and windows to two vehicles. Mr. Vigil was arrested and charged accordingly. The victim did not suffer from any life threatening injuries.

On Thursday, November 23, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle. Deputy Gallardo responded and discovered, sometime between the hours of 10:00pm to 5:00am, an unknown person(s) stole the victim's vehicle. The vehicle is identified as a white, 2012 Dodge Charger bearing NM-plate BMGJ48. At this time, there is no suspect information.

On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a report of Fraud. Upon investigation, it was discovered, an unknown person(s) used the Victim's debt card information. The information was used to purchase food and other items, totaling 916 dollars. At this time, there is no suspect(s).

On Wednesday November 22, 2023, deputies were dispatched to a male found unconscious and not breathing. The male/decedent was found outside of his residence, by his neighbor. Medics responded but concluded that the decedent was past any life-saving procedures. Upon investigation, it appears the decedent suffered from a medical episode. No signs of foul play was detected.

Deputies responded to a singe vehicle crash. It was learned driver struck a guard rail and disabled his vehicle. Driver Showed sign of impairmen and admitted to consuming an alcoholic beverage. Driver was arrested and refused to chemicla testing. Driver booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Arrested: Matthew Angel, 26 YOM
Deputies were called to location in reference to an argument. Once on scene it was learned the subject had an active warrant for his arrest, issued out of Santa Fe Muncipal Court for shoplifting. Subject was arrested and booke into jail without incident.

Arrested: Chavez, Jesus - 42 YOM
Deputy Caroland was conducting license plate checks in the area and discovered the registered owner of a silver Chevrolet Pickup had their driver's license revoked due to a prior DWI. Deputy Caroland conducted a traffic stop and confirmed the driver to be the registered owner. Subject was then placed under arrest and booked into jail without incident.
