Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check. Deputies located a female not conscious and not breathing and beyond life saving measures. During the investigation it was apparent the female took her own life. No signs of foul play were observed.

Deputies were dispatched to a fraud. Deputies were advised the victim observed fraudulent transactions on her EBT card. Victim did not authorize the transactions. No suspect information at this time.
Case#2024001745/Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated/4-4-24

Arrested: John Matthew, 39YOM, Mentmore, NM
Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. During the traffic stop, deputies observed signs of impairment with the driver. The driver performed poorly on SFSTs. The above subject refused to submit to chemical testing. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked into jail without incident.

Stolen: 2017 White Toyota Camry
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, it was learned the victim last saw his vehicle on April 3, 2024 and discovered it was missing on todays date. The victim did not give anyone permission to use or take his vehicle. The vehicle has been entered into NCIC as stolen.

Arrested: Claudia Cielensky, 40 YOA female, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to a report of a female throwing objects at vehicles. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the suspect who admitted to throwing items at a vehicle. The suspect also admitted to driving to the location with a revoked license. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Joseph Orozco, 23YOM, Las Cruces, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location to assist with another agency. Upon arrival, it was learned that the Tesuque Tribal Police had conducted a traffic stop for speeding. It was learned the driver was non-native and that his driver's license was revoked due to a past DWI arrest. SFSO took over, arrested the driver, transported, and booked him into ADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to two males drinking and getting into an argument. The calling party advised he locked his friend outside. While at the residence, the calling party admitted to Deputies he pointed a revolver at his friend during the argument. He was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Deceased: Female Age: 59 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to location for a welfare check. Upon arriving they located the deceased in the home unresponssive. No signs of foul play was determined. OMI took over the investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a report of Criminal Damage. Upon investigation however, it was discovered that Mr. Vasquez entered the Victim's residence without authorization. After entering, her proceeded to trash the place and damaging her belongings in the process. Mr. Vasquez admitted to the allegations. Mr. Vasquez will be summoned into court for charges of Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property.

Deputies were dispatched to a report of fraud. Upon investigation, an unknown person made withdrawls in the amount of 855 dollars. The account is a joint account with her ex-husband who has no knowledge of the withdrawls. There is no suspect information at this time.
