On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, deputies took the above male into custody after he was found guilty in District Court Judge T. Ellington's courtroom for second degree murder and tampering with evidence. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and booked without incident.

Subejct was stopped for having expired registration. Subject was showed signs of being under the influence and field sobriety tests were conducted. Subject was arrested after showing signs of impairment. Subejct was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed a .14,.16 BrAC. Subject was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to Henry Lynch Road in reference to a report of burglary. During the investigation, it was discovered that an unknown person(s) cut the latch to a storage unit and stole tools from inside.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to criminal damage. The victim advised two males arrived at her residence and attempted to take her Halloween decorations, when they were unsuccessful one of the males picked up a rock and threw it at her window. The two males were not identified.

Victim: 43 YOM
The Victim reported he parked the above vehicle at his family's concrete yard at the above location for storage. The victim returned to the location the next day and discovered the vehicle was missing.

Contact with the subject was made and found to have an active warrant for his arrest out Santa Fe Magistrate for failure to pay fines, with the original charge of Battery against a household member. Subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County ADC.
