Deputies were dispatched to the above location in response to a domestic dispute. Through investigation, it was determined that a battery occurred. The suspect left the area before deputies arrived, and a summons was issued for the suspect.

Deputy dispatched to location after neighbor to property called in reporting unknown males loading a truck with items. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the suspects stole multiple items. Evidence on scene was collected and currently being analyzed. Case is under investigation.

On the above date, victim reported over the past five years, unknown suspect(s) stole above items from residence and shed and broke two windows to residence. Victim advised majority of items were stolen from between March, 2023 and now

LOCATION: SANTA FE COUNTY ADULT DETENTION CENTER (ADC)
SUSPECT: JOSEPH CARLOS RIVERA 19YOM
SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED FROM ANOTHER FACILITY WITH THE VICTIM. UPON ARRIVING AT THE FACILITY THE TWO HAD EXHCHANGED WORDS OVER AN INCIDENT AT THE PREVIOUS FACILITY. SUSPECT THEN USED HIS FOOD TRAY AND STRUCK THE VICTIM IN THE FACE CAUSING AN INJURY. SUSPECT WAS CHARGED AND REBOOKED ON CHARGE.
