Deputies were investigating a DWI and the passenger of the vehicle was placed in the back of a Pojoaque Police Car because he was cold. When Officers went to check on the male it was learned that itmes in the Officers patrol vehicle wer moved and opened. Subject was removed from vehicle and found in possession with the Officer's Precribed medication and personal items in his pocket. Subject was arrested and booked into SF ADC

Deputy responded to a motor vehicle accident. Driver of one vehicle agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and agreed to a breath test. Results were 0.17g/210L-0.17g/210L. Driver was booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Deputy responded to location after victim reported a suspect drove onto his property, damaged an item and stole two bicycles. Video surveillance captured the incident. Case is under investigation.

Summons: Johnatan Aispuro-Fierro, 34 YOA male, Espanola
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a possible stolen vehicle. While on scene the victim stated she and her husband got into a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect got into the victim’s face and made her fear she was about to receive an immediate batter. A summons was issued for the suspect.

The above persons were arrested in the area for shoplifting and both had multiple arrest warrants.
Case #2025001871 / Battery Upon a Peace Officer/Resisting Arrest / 3/30/25

Arrested- Daniel Gallegos Jr (53 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Location- Callejoncito (Nambe)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence for a welfare check on a female. Upon arrival, a male was standing at the front gate. Immediately, he began yelling at deputies. As deputies approached and explained why they were there, Mr. Gallegos slammed the gate in front of the deputies. When they opened the gate, Mr. Gallegos struck one of the deputies in the face. The deputy and Mr. Gallegos both fell to the ground, sustaining minor injuries. Eventually, the deputies were able to place Mr. Gallegos in handcuffs. Mr. Gallegos and the deputy were checked by medical personnel, and Gallegos was booked at ADC.

Arrested: Alvan Padilla, 51 YOA male, Santa Cruz
Deputies responded to the location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Deputies were advised a motorcycle had been stolen from the location. Through their investigation, deputies were able to determine the suspect had stolen the vehicle earlier in the day. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly. The vehicle was recovered and returned to the owner.

Arrested: Javier Hinojos-Bajanda, 35 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for suspended registration. As deputies approached the vehicle, a passenger threw two small bags out of the window. Deputies located the bags and observed them to be full of a susbstance consistent with cocaine. Deputies arrested the passenger and booked him into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

The subject was located during an investigation, it was discovered the subject had an active bench warrant for his arrest for failure to pay fines. The subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
