Victim: (59 YOA Female) 

Suspect: Benjamin Spence ( 61 YOA Male) 

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies learned the suspect battered the victim and fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. The victim's injuries were consistent with her statement. Deputies were unable to make contact with the suspect. An arrest warrant was approved by a Judge and entered into NCIC.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies learned the unknown suspects unlawfully entered the unlocked vehicle and took the above items.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. According to the victim, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the storage shed by cutting the locks. The suspects took the above listed items.
