Location: Alondra, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: 2014 Subaru Outback 

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival deuties learned that an unknown suspect(s) unlawfully took the vehicle sometime between in the early morning hours of May 10, 2024. Vehicle has been enetered as stolen in NCIC. 


Case #2024002412 / Driving While License Revoked / 05/09/2024

Deputy Assigned: J. Dillinger

Commander Entering: Sgt. V. Baca

Location: NM-14 / Mile Marker 45

Arrested: Louie Quintana (56 YOA)

Deputy conducted an NCIC check of a vehicle. NCIC revealed that the registered owner of the vehicle was driving on a revoked drivers license with an arrest clause. Deputy matched the driver of the vehicle with the NCIC photo and conducted a traffic stop. Driver was arrested, charged and booked accordingly without issue.


Case #2024002395 / Driving While License Revoked / 05/09/2024

Deputy Assigned: A. Gallardo

Location: U.S. 84/285 - W. Gutierrez Rd.

Arrested: John Calvert (60 YOA)

Deputy performed a traffic stop due to the registered owner of the vehicle having a revoked license. Santa Fe RECC confirmed the suspect's driver's license was revoked. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked without incident into Santa Fe ADF.


Case #2024002392 // Unattended Death - 5/8/2024

Deputy Assigned: D. Lovato

Location: Calle Gurule 

Deceased: Victor Valerio (29 YO)

Deputies were dispatched to the residence for an individual who was not responsive and cold to the touch. Investigation revealed there was no foul play, and victim may have suffered from a medical episode. 


Case #2024002380 / ID Theft - Fraud - Larceny / 05/08/2024

Deputy Assigned: C. Podolak

Location: Gunbarrel Road (Arroyo Seco)

Stolen: Personal Information; $70.00 from two accounts

The victim received an email from one of his financial institutions advising that his email had been changed. The victim reported that an unkown suspect(s) took approximately $70.00 from two separate bank accounts. The suspect(s) attempted to withdraw the victim's 401k and open credit cards using his personal information. The victim froze his accounts, credit cards, and reported the incident to the Credit Bureau.


Case #2024002371 / Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member - Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon - Criminal Damage to Property / 05/08/2024

Location: Sky Ridge Drive (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Raymond Sanchez (50 YOA)

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Deputies discovered that the above named offender had grabbed his significant other by her neck area and threatened her with a pipe wrench. Deputies also discovered that another occupant of the home was battered and later attacked by the offender wielding a blunt object. Offender refused to come out of home. Offender eventually surrendered himself. The suspect was arrested and booked at the SFADF without incident.


Case #2024002367 / False Imprisonment - Battery Against a Household Member X2 - Interference with Communications - Larceny / 05/08/2024

Location: Camino Seco (Boneyard Road)

Suspect: Adam Montoya (25 YOA)

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, the victim was located with blood around her mouth and bruising to her face. Victim stated the above suspect was in a physical altercation with her the previous day. The abuse continued the next morning and the victim attempted to leave in her vehicle to call 911. The suspect prevented her from leaving by continuing to batter the victim. The suspect then threw the victim out of her vehicle and left the residence, taking her phone in the process. An arrest warrant was approved for the above listed charges.


Case #2024002364 / Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle - Larceny / 05/08/2024

Location: Casa Rufina Apartment Complex (Santa Fe County)

Victim: 57 YOA

Stolen: 1989, white in color, Toyota Pickup

Deputies responded to the Casa Rufina apartments in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. It was discovered between 6:00 pm on 5/7 and 6:00 am 5/8, the victim had his vehicle stolen. The vehicle had a toolbox with various power tools. Distinguishing characteristics; silver in color, toolbox; red in color, skid plate; blue in color, design on the driver door; NM-AMKL81. The vehicle  was entered into NCIC as stolen and bolo'd to surrounding agencies.


Case #2024002361 Aggravated DWI, Careless driving, Leaving the scene of an accident

Location: Avenida Eldorado and Avenida Torreon, Santa Fe

Arrested: Noah Caulfield, 28 YOA male, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a report of a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road, and that had hit a stop sign. Deputies located the vehicle and the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.


Case#2024002351/Embezzlement/05-07-2024

Location: 180Block of US 84/285, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Christopher Manzanares, 36YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above business. It was discovered that within the past three weeks the subject unlawfully stole aproximately $1,000.00 from the business. Subject was transported, arrested, and booked accordingly.
