Deputies learned the victim received a message notifying her that a package was delivered.  The victim stated that when she retrieved her package, it was not where deliveries were dropped.  Camera footage was observed but did not show the delivery of the item.

Value:$1200 Vehicle

Deputies learned the mother of the suspect allowed her daughter to use her vehicle to pay bills.  The suspect has kept the vehicle for over 24 hours and has not returned it.  A summons was issued


Case 2023005505 Burglary/Larceny/Criminal Damage

Location: 5 Camino Valle (Dollar General)

Stolen: $616 in electronics

Deputies responded to the above location and learned the lock to the front doors of the building had been damaged.  A subject then entered the building and stole items from the business.

The above  person was was currently incarcerated at the jail and had an active arrest warrant. They were rebooked.


Case#2023005494/ Aggravated Driving Under the Influence/9-12-23

Arrested: Louie Quintana, 55YOM, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to reports of a domestic disturbance in a vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the driver of the reported vehicle. Deputies observed signs of impairment through observation and standard field sobriety tests. The subject submitted to a breath test, which resulted in .22 and .23. The Subject was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident. 


Case#2023005483/Burglary and Larceny/9-12-23

Stolen: Construction Material ($1,580.00)

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies learned that between September 08th and September 10th, 2023, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the location and stole the above items.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies observed fresh bruises and scratches on the victim. The suspect was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident. 


Case#2023005497/Criminal Trespass/09-12-23

Arrested: Corina Gulino, 38YOF, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was learned from the neighbor that the homeowner was currently selling the house. Deputies learned that SFSO Civil Division had conducted an eviction upon the home on 08/25/23, which was posted that day. While checking the home, deputies discovered a piece of plywood was ajar. At that point, deputies cleared the home; while clearing the home, the above subject was located in a bedroom, hiding under a sheet. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident. It is to be noted that the above subject was previously arrested at the same location for criminal trespass. 


Case#2023005484/Driving While License Revoked/9-12-23

Arrested: Leonardo Garcia, 18YOM, Espanola, NM

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location in reference to speeding. Deputies contacted the vehicle's driver and identified him as Mr. Leonardo Garcia. Dispatch conducted an MVD computer inquiry, and it was learned the subject's driver's license was revoked based on a past DWI. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident.


Case#2023005467/Unattended Death/9-11-23

Deceased: 63YOM, Santa Fe County, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location for a welfare check. Upon arrival, it was learned that the neighbor received a telephone call to check on the above male. The neighbor was unable to locate the male and contacted law enforcement. Upon the deputy's arrival, the deceased was found inside the home. It was learned the deceased had an extensive medical history. Foul play is not suspected. The Office Of The Medical Investigator was contacted and conducted their investigation. The next of Kin was located and contacted.
