Arrested: Juan Uribe-Torres 28 yoa male (Santa Fe) (Trafficking Fetanyl, Possession of methamphetamine, Warrant x2 )/ Felicia Lopez 37 yoa female (Santa Fe)/ Bernard Schneider 42 yoa male Pecos
A deputy observed a black Kia Soul being operated with a missing tail/brake light, an improperly displayed license plate. A check of NMMVD found the vehicle's registration was suspended due to not having insurance. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver (Mr. Schneider) was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was arrested and placed into custody. Deputies identified the passenger Mr. Uribe-Torres to ascertain if he could drive the vehicle. He was found to have two active warrants for his arrest (1 out of Bernalillo County District Court.& 1 Santa Fe Magistrate Court). While he was being taken into custody he was found to have fentanyl and methamphetamine in his pockets. Near his feet, Deputies located two containers that had approximately 600 fentanyl pills. Deputies also spoke to another occupant of the vehicle, Ms. Felecia Lopez. She was found to have an active warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. She was arrested. All were taken to Santa Fe County ADC and booked without further incident.

Arrested: James Boyd, 65YOM, Las Vegas, NM
Deputies conducted a traffic stop. Upon contact, the driver was asked for his DL, Insurance, and Registration, which he provided. During an MVD inquiry, dispatch advised that the above subject's driver's license was revoked. The driver was arrested, transported, and booked into ADC without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop. During the stop, it was learned the driver had a warrant for his arrest. Deputies arrested subject, transported and booked accordingly without incident. Original Charge for warrant: Driving while license suspended/revoked.

The subject was stopped for speeding & lane violations. He was found to have a revoked driver's license due to a prior DWI arrest. He was arrested and booked into SFADC without incident.

Stolen: Liquor, meat, and laundry detergent (Total Vallue: $1,500.00)
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a shoplifting. Upon arrival deputies learned a male and female subject entered the store and took the above items without paying. Suspects left in a small green car prior to deputies arrival.

Deputies were dispatched to the above address, where it was learned the suspect had battered both of her parents. Both of the victims suffered lacerations on their faces. The suspect was summonsed due to medical.

Location: 300 block of Old Dinosaur Trail
At about 1:30 a.m., Deputies responded to a report of a pair of tuff shed-type buildings whose doors were forced open. A security guard at the location heard some noises and found the two shed's doors damaged. The case is under investigation at this time.

Arrested: Patrick Gutierrez 37 yoa male (Santa Fe)
The subject was encountered while Deputy was on patrol. The deputy recognized the subject and knew he had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without further incident. He was taken to SFADC without incident where he was booked on an active warrant out of the First Judicial District Court.

Location: Opera Drive, Santa Fe
Arrested: Skylar Jones 25 yoa female Albuquerque
SFRECC dispatched deputies to a call of a female causing a disturbance at the location. Deputies made contact with the subject who refused to identify herself and was intoxicated. Deputies were able to detain the female and conduct an investigation which revealed Ms. Jones had struck and scratched a male's face leaving a mark. Ms. Jones then got into an argument with her mother and battered her. Ms. Jones was arrested and booked into SFADC.
