Deputies responded to a report of a burglary at the location. Deputies were advised that unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence and took various items. A vehicle was also stolen from the residence. This case remains active at this time.

Arrested: Alexander Eulert, 44 YOA male, Lamy NM
Deputies observed vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Deputies stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Stolen: Power Tools (Total $3,000)
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was learned the business owner went to his shed and discovered that an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered and took the above items.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a breaking and entering. Upon arrival deputies learned an unknown suspect(s) had ran over the entrance fence post and broke a window to the residence. It is not believed that the suspect took anything from the residence at this time.

The subject was served a warrant while at Santa Fe County ADC. The warrant was for failure to appear on shoplifting charges.

Stolen/Damaged: Power tools, door frame, and window (Total $700)
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an alarm call. Upon arrival, it was learned there was forced entry into the home. The front door glass was smashed with a rock, and entry was made into the residence. This house is currently under construction; the items taken were hand-power tools. Shoe impressions and tire impressions were located on the scene.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies learned that the unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the home sometime between December 2023 and January 2024. During the burglary, the suspect(s) caused damage to the windows and the door frame.

During an NCIC inquiry, it was learned the subject had two warrants for her arrest. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked accordingly without incident—original Charge: D101CR202300467- unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, criminal trespass, and immediate notice of accidents. D101CR 202300466-Recieving transferring stolen motor vehicle and driving while license suspended.
